Pros: The hotel has a unique layout - several buildings over a few blocks, including some stairs just to reach the front desk (in fairness, I didn't seek out an elevator). Once I found the front desk, the staff was great, letting me check in early and giving me advice for wandering on my own. They gave me a gift bag full of snacks and drinks, offered me additional water and cookies, and ensured me that I could store my luggage after checkout. I was in building F, across the street, and my suite was large and comfortable. I realized at 11pm that I'd forgotten toothpaste, and they brought it right away. When I came back to get my luggage, they let me use a model room on the first floor to change my clothes and offered me snacks, tea, and coffee. Overall, a really nice experience and a perfectly located hotel, just a 10-15 min walk from shops, restaurants, universities, and convenient to the bus lines.
Cons: The hotel is split among a few blocks and there are some stairs that I couldn't find ways around. Luckily my luggage was light and easily maneuvered since I didn't have a car or another person to help, but if you are not traveling light or have accessibility concerns, I would check with them in advance.

Pros: The two bedrooms were great! We enjoyed the overall space.
Cons: Climbing steps is not my favorite thing to do. But, after reaching the top, everything was great. Maybe seniors could be given the first floor.

Pros: Lots of room Lots of beds Living room, kitchen, dining room Enternainment center Fun, young, chatty, happy, welcoming, smart humans running the front desk
Cons: Parking appeared limited, although we never had a problem and there is supposedly an overflow lot down the block. Too many delicious free cookies. :)
Excellent9.7
Pros: staff was very helpful, was able to get me a quiet room, building was next to cute shopping area, loved the snack bag
Excellent9.7
Cons: They have a few nearby buildings, so you might not know where exactly you will end up

Pros: Not your runofthemill hotel. It's ok, could be better.
Cons: No heat. Used space heater, which made it hard to sleep.

Pros: I was expecting the hotel to be very fancy, and, in fact, the lobby is pretty nice, with a beautiful stained glass window on the stairway.
Cons: The room was not particularly nice. It was not terrible either. For a hotel with such a beautiful exterior, the room, which was in the main mansion, was rather plain and utilitarian. I would suggest adding some drinking glasses to the bathroom.
