Pros (+) Beautiful setting, in the middle of a rain forest.
Cons (-) Website is wrong when it notes free airport transfers. They do not provide transfers. We wasted a lot of time finding that out. (Hotel phones didn't work). Also a miscommunication with the booking website. Only one of our two rooms was reserved, despite a confirmation email saying otherwise. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us anyway.
