Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, beautiful rooftop pool with ocean views, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The breakfast and dining options were often highlighted as varied and enjoyable. However, several guests complained about noise from nearby bars and poor soundproofing, which affected their sleep. Some mentioned that the rooms could use renovation, and parking was difficult to find. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially due to the amenities and attentive service.
