Nice pools and beach.
Buffet food was commonly dry and over cooked and often cold. Selections were rarely clearly labeled, if at all. Steak restaurant should be replaced with an Outback.

STAFF was AMAZING! Everyone is NICE.The food options were good. Lots of restaurants with NO HASSLE for seating. The activities were fun! LOTS of pools and chairs! Clean rooms! Check in and out a breeze.
Horrible, smelly PILLOWS! Sheets were rough! Could have used a blanket. Wristbands need to be updated to a different style. More wearer friendly. They are hard and you scratch yourself and others, frequently.

the only thing missing is lifeguard on the beach.One person from our group almost drowned we were able to help her but withing the next hour 5 more people almost drowned ,my husband and my brother and nephews were able to help them.They need more security

The food and the water in the beach is beautiful.
The service from staff. Not friendly. Only 2 people were really going out of their way. front desk and one waiter from the Italian restaurant. Hotel employee was able to get is our room before noon instead of 3 pm. That made a huge difference.T
