Pros (+) Room 118, was cleaned, spacious, quite and we'll amenitized. Will say again.
Cons (-) Room 118, next to the pool, night lights shown thru the ends of the drape. The drape did not completely enclosed the window. Kept the room well lit. Had to used bed covers to darken the room. Also could not open bedroom window for fresh air. Window is permanently locked.

Pros (+) The location off of the interstate . Very quick.
Cons (-) Reserved a smoking room, got there and they say they were booked. The computers were down when I checked in and waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. Then she said the computers are down come sign the papers in the morning . Was disappointed is all.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable, the heater worked better and was quieter than many I've dealt with, reception was pleasant and helpful. Lighting in bathroom was not as good as I would have liked.

Pros (+) Location of property was close to business destination. Check in was fast. Not a fan of hardcopy credit card carbon printed draft. WiFi was free. Lots of TV channels.
Cons (-) Assigned 1st room with no top safety bolt latched. Assigned another.... which had 2 other occupants already crawling up the walls. Told desk and was reassigned previous room. Used chair to provide extra security at door. Only got about 3.5 hours of broken sleep above my blankets and fully clothed. Would not recommend that anyone stay here.
