Pros (+) It is right across from Circus Circus in the heart of downtown Reno.
Cons (-) No iron or ironing board (as said on site). No hangers. Smells bad. Unkept room (dirty towels, full trash, unmade bed, etc). Elevator didn't work. Breakfast is served out of a hotel room on the 3rd floor. Bad front desk service. Credit card machine was malfunctioning. Parking lot was crowded. Overall: absolutely terrible. Don't stay here just because it's cheap -- pay extra for a better hotel!!

Pros (+) Not much to like.
Cons (-) Noisy, lousy wifi, mushy bed, "free local calls" but phone did not work. Corner room right on main drag and windows are not double-glazed. Full of low lifes.

Pros (+) Got to Reno unexpectedly too early the room wasn't ready but they helped out to give us an earliest as possible check in ,the staff was very nice, room was clean, location was great and overall have a great stay..
