Cons:
We reserved a vehicle for the day and time. There were no vehicles in our size available at the scheduled time of pickup. They had no other cars available either. They had just gotten back their largest car in the fleet but we ended up having to wait 30min for it to be cleaned.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
I didn't like nothing about it. I was refused the car that I had prepaid for. The manager at the location was extremely rude and I believe a racist. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacted the non-emergency 911, and wrote reviews of my awful experience.Cons:
Fire the manager at the Harrah's Reno location. He made a point to inform me that he was the manager of the location and he can say and do what he pleases. He denied me the car I had prepaid. He alleges that the car wasn't available; however, he was trying to forcefully have me to upgrade the veh3.6 Poor

Did not have Car on appionted site, sent us to second site also no car, forced to ( upgrade to large PU ) or no vehicle, had a corola reserved , good gas and easy to drive in mountain passes, did not get what was reserved or whated. Very unhappy with it all. John4.4 Mediocre
