Pros (+) Great location that allows easy access to Melbourne CBD. Richmond itself is a vibrant suburb with plenty of restaurants and pubs for entertainment. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well
Cons (-) Parking is an issue around the area (no free parking) and the cost per night at the hotel is expensive and very limited. Additionally there rooms are not serviced every day, which for a long stay is understandable, however we only stayed for 3 nights and the room was not serviced on the Sunday. Considering the cost per night I would expect daily servicing on a short stay.
