Pros: Price-quality ratio was excellent. The hotel and the room we had were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the suprisingly excellent - they had a wide collection of everything. The location was better as we had expected as the trams came almost non-stop and took only a few minutes to the centrum. The staff was very friendly, too. Good parking area. Only as we called to the hotel for the first time, a man who answered was not a good customer servant and unfortunately gave therefore a bad and not correct image of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was brand new. Web site stated that it opened Oct 09, however we were told when we checked in on Nov 26th we were the first guest. This was nice since all furnishings and linens were new and fresh. The rooms are nicely done but a bit small. Bathroom clean and nice, shower was small and would be difficult for a large person. Breakfast was fantastic. Many hot and cold choices and area tip-top. Very close to international bus station and marvelous market. Quiet!
