Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and convention center, along with the spacious and comfortable rooms. Some reviewers highlighted the friendly staff and efficient check-in process. However, there were several complaints about outdated facilities, cleanliness issues in common areas, and unexpected extra charges for parking and deposits. While the value for price and service received mixed feedback, the hotel remains a practical choice for airport travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews

Not one complain! Arrived at 10AM after my flight and they had room available already! No additional cost!! Great service! Beautiful office ladies and sweet!
Was great!
Pros (+) Everything
Cons (-) NA
Pros (+) Shuttle was timely.
Cons (-) Room 235, among others, is next to the pool/gym and reeks of chlorine. Falling asleep and waking up to the intense chlorine smell for consecutive days nauseated me. Request an upper-floor room.
Pros (+) Close to the airport. The shuttle was available 24/7.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not included. The hotel falsely advertised that. The Starbucks coffee in the hotel was awful and way below par. Oddly, using the elevator required walking up steps or a ramp to that leve...

Pros (+) Walking distance to all kinds of entertainment including a bowling alley, the Chicago outlet, a movie theater, several restaurants and bars.
Pros (+) Good location and price.
Cons (-) Parking wasn't great and check-in was slow.
Pros (+) The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons (-) Upon arrival I was told parking is not included in your reservation, there’s an additional $25 charge per day for parking.
Pros (+) Stayed one night, parked for 6. Flew out of town and this plan allowed us to drive to the airport in our own car (saved us over $150 - we live in Indiana). And we stayed near the airport, were able to...
Cons (-) 6 days parking for one night’s stay, hotel and staff were all great. Only drawback is breakfast not included.
