Pros (+) Near Outlets?
Cons (-) 1. No microwave, that’s fine, there is a refrigerator full of stuffs for sale so you can’t use it, open the door, take any thing out longer than 45 secs, it is billed, be aware. 2. Pros (+) Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons (-) Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
