Pros (+) The young man checking us in that morning was very friendly and helpful. Worked quickly to resolve problem with first room. The young woman that checked us out the next morning was very gracious as well.
Cons (-) This Hampron Inn was billed as as a non-smoking hotel. When we walked into the initial room assigned to us, it was cool but clearly previously occupied by a smoker. Am not particularly bothered by smoke but this was stale and very off putting. The front desk was most apologetic and moved us to a different room.
