Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access Salzburg's main attractions on foot. Many appreciated the cleanliness and charm of the rooms, as well as the friendly staff in some cases. However, several reviews mentioned significant noise issues, especially from nearby church bells and street sounds, which affected sleep quality. Service was often criticized for lack of staff presence or unhelpfulness, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and convenient location were strong positives for many visitors.
