Pros (+) Our sink wasn’t draining so I called downstairs. Within 10 minutes the front desk attendant was. She fixed it promptly and apologized. These things happen. What matters is that it was handled quickly and correctly.
Pros (+) Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered was decent.
Cons (-) More healthy options for breakfast, like fruit or yogurt.
Pros (+) The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel was fairly accessible for mobility impaired people.
Cons (-) The AC was very loud to the point of disrupting our sleep. The motorized blinds didn’t work, so we couldn’t open them. Overall, it was still good value though and the staff were always very courteous.
