Cons:
Very poor customer service. Had car 1 day and it left me stranded. Clutch damage seems to be issue and agency wants to charge me for it. They also want to charge me for full rental and gas (which I was unable to fill because car broke down). Terrible customer service upon return. This was a terrible experience overall!10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
When I arrived at the specified time of pickup, they didn't have a car for me to rent. This was a big problem, in part because the only available car in the airport was from Express Rent a Car and it had a nail in one tire, and a thumb tack in another. The whole experience was bad.2.0 Poor

Cons:
So several times the keyless start didn't recognize the key was there, until finally the car wouldn't even open. We had to open it using the manual key, but there's NO WAY TO start the car without the car simply 'recognizing' that the key is near the car. We FINALLY and MIRACULOUSLY got the car started and drove it directly to the hotel so we would be safe to have them come get it. They brought ANOTHER key and that didn't work either, so we switched vehicles and they asked me to fuel it up before I brought it back. What the heck? And then they charged me full price to fill it up when I returned the second car. I NEVER make poor reviews but these guys are THE WORST. How the heck am I going to fill up a car I can't start!????????!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I'm so angry I'm beyond more words.2.0 Poor

Car I had reserved months prior was not available. To go from an suv to a yaris for 4 people with luggage was not good. Staff was not helpful at both ends of the trip. Don't rent from Thrifty at the Allbrook airport.3.6 Poor
