Compact SUV

KAYAK
Booked a Thrifty reservation for 6:00 pm pick up at the PAC airport in Panama City, Panama. HOWEVER all of the airport car rentals in that location close at 5:00 pm. NO where on any of my reservation information did it say that they would be closed. HOW can Kayak/ Thrifty even make and guarantee a reservation time when the location is closed. I also spoke to a representative twice to confirm the car size two days before my arrival. I had to take an Uber to the Thrifty location In Panama City and there- the customer service representatives were extremely helpful. I eventually did get a car (it was vacation week so the options were limited) Also the customer service agents at the office said that they were not surprised, that this happens often.

I had an offer for $150 for the car and then when I got there they said it was not available anymore and I ended up paying over $300 for a worse car. Never renting from them again.

If the branch moves, this should also be communicated on the Internet! When we arrived in Panama City we had to go to two old addresses before we found the current address at 7 p.m.
