Pros:The rooms themselves aren’t bad. I slept well during the night as I left the patio door open to cool the room down since there is no A/C. It’s an older hotel with a definite “small sea town” vibe, and the staff are quite pleasant to talk to. There was a “cookie reception” for 2 hours! Who doesn’t love free cookies?! They do offer free DVD rentals during the stay. Finally, the location is fantastic. Right on the beach!
Cons:I booked this hotel for 2 main reasons: they had a pool AND they had a free breakfast. The pool. Was. Disgusting. Clumps of hair floating around and sand all over the bottom of the pool. Maybe they just clean it once a week and we just arrived on the last day before they cleaned it? We didn’t even swim in it because of how bad it was - we just sat on the side for a few minutes debating on if we were going to go in. Breakfast was also super disappointing. Sugar in everything and super cheap foods. Please don’t let “free breakfast” entice you like it did me. I ended up just buying a meal anyway...

Pros:It was such a nice family place: indoor pool/hot tub, small kitchenette in room, cookies when we arrived, ocean view, close to downtown Seaside and AWESOME staff. We loved the stay and place to always book our future beach vacation stays there. They get an A+ overall for everything. I could totally see me staying there for a week and it being comfortable with a home away from home feeling. Also had an elevator to the 3rd floor so if you had a lot of bags you didn't have to walk them upstairs.
Cons:Didn't know about small kitchenette so didn't bring food with us, Also bathroom decor was out dated but didn't change our opinion.

Pros:We had a 3rd floor room. The view was wonderful. The beds and linens very comfortable. There was a mini kitchen and free breakfast. Our room was very clean. The pool area nice and they supplied pool towels. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons:The bathroom,closet area was a bit small for us. We could have used more counter space overall.

Pros:The staff were very friendly, they had cookies from 7-10 pm and the rooms were clean. I will be staying here again in future travels. The walk from the hotel to the beach and downtown was very convenient. Will recommend this place to anyone.
Cons:As it stated on the checklist, my room did not come with a/c however they did provide a fan. That's the only con for this hotel :)

Pros:It's an older hotel, so don't expect top of the line ammenities, but it was very comfortable, had a mini kitchen with dishes, toaster, etc... Great view of the ocean and affordable. The staff was great! Will definitely return!

Pros:Came across this place looking for an affordable very last minute. The room was about 62$, the cheapest we could find in seaside. We stayed in room 121 in the building across the street. I honestly wasn't expecting for the price, but when we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised! Very cute cozy room, big comfy bed and a little kitchenette. Me and my girlfriend loved it and are definitely going back everytime we are in seaside!
Cons:The only thing bad about the room really was a shower head. Just a crappy old one that should be replaced.
