Pros (+) The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The bedsheets and pillows had bed big markings and pee stains. There were gross looking stains on the chair and towels. The heater and water for the shower was either scortching hot or freezing. Overall room was dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. Also, the door didn’t seem fit the frame so there was a gap where you could see out into the hallway.
