Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and good value for the price, with several mentioning easy access to public transportation and central areas. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues like lingering odors, dust, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service also receives criticism, particularly regarding unhelpful or inattentive staff and problems with amenities such as towel provision and room maintenance. While some guests found rooms spacious and comfortable, others noted maintenance issues and outdated furnishings. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and affordability, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
