Staff members were super rude. Our room never got cleaned during our entire stay here at the Hiltons. We got locked out of our room due to a bad door reader. The water was shut off and we couldn't use the shower or anything.
Arrived to a none functional digital key. Got that fixed. Next evening arrived to a dead door lock battery. Took them 40 minutes to respond.

The desk charged debit card on arrival but continued to authorize the credit card on the reservation every night for the full amount of the stay.
