10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Laura was especially kind and thoughful. Quiet and ideal location for enjoying the great mountain view in front of the room. We also loved the hiking trails behind the hotel. Free shuttle service to the train station was a plus. Dinner was very good too.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms, great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were brilliant and getting the gondola park pass was amazing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Great amenities. Lots to do around. Polite staff. Picture perfect setting. Wished had spent more time at the property. Will love to come back again.
Cons: Cant think of something like that.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the family rooms with balcony and the view of Alps and the garden outside, very stylish and comfortable. Perfect for family bonding.
Cons: Location was bit inaccessible so had to take cabs and spend around 20euro per trip but was worth it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally clean place. Everywhere was immaculate. Staff were very accommodating, the room was fabulous...the view spectacular. Overall wonderful place to stay and very quiet. Food decent price for Switzerland.
Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but a kettle could have been ordered from reception. A large bottle of water and some chocolates were in the room upon arrival though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay here for 1 night. We booked a family room and had a panoramic view of the mountains and the lake. Wonderful way to wake up in the morning! The room itself was a very good size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel feels very high end and the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star elsewhere (reflecting St Moritz clientele I suspect) The breakfast at the restaurant was very varied and of a high standard. We also had dinner here and the food was excellent. We were able to use the hotels free shuttle service to travel back and forth to the train station. This was very helpful. The hotel has a playground for children which my 8 and 4 year old loved! I was able to watch them whilst drinking coffee and reading on the terrace. The setting of the hotel is stunning. You will not tire of looking out to the mountains!
Cons: It’s too strong to say I didn’t like this but just something for others to bear in mind - the spa facilities are only available from the afternoon and children can only access them for limited hours. We arrived at 7:30pm and left the next day at 1pm so didn’t get to use these. Not a big deal for us especially as the mountain scenery is very calming and relaxing too!

Cons: I think coffee it could taste better. I liked the old fashioned architecture, but more lights would have looked better, specially in December.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast choices and service. Overall atmosphere and location, if you want calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Food served in the lobby restaurant, don;t remember the name could be better. Ordered club sandwich was bit surpised as the toast was literally black ( burned). Did not complain, which i should have anyhow, but now i did. As you don't expect this quality. Even the wagyu burger was served with hardly any dressing ...

Pros: Everything. The best place for the winter holidays.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great warmth by the staff, attention to confidentiality, premises were clean and rooms spacious
Cons: If one wants to go ‘walking’ to the city centre, then I must say it is quite a walk (Suvretta is a wonderful area where all the most beautiful houses are and slopes can very easily be reached, but you have to bear in mind that St Moritz coffees and restaurants are not exactly next door)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything except a few things.
Cons: Replace hair dyers in the rooms and uodate spa tables.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place for a winter vacation. Dont miss the spa and hot bath.

3
9.6 Excellent (78 reviews)
$2,212+

The luxurious five-star hotel beguiles all of the senses with an extravagantly colourful ambience, culinary delights to a high standard and an unrivalled largesse. The 60 suites and junior suites furnished with the finest materials by Swiss interior designer Carlo Rampazzi offer maximum comfort. All of the suites are south-facing and offer a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. This view is just one reason why the Carlton has been awarded Forbes’ coveted five-star rating. The excellent review, which is considered an international seal of quality, praised the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz for its sunny location and personal service in particular. Every guest is thus provided with a private concierge who is available 24/7, and an outdoor butler will organise tailored experiences.  The two restaurants Romanoff and Da Vittorio – St. Moritz (1 Michelin star and 18 Gault Millau points) serve first-class culinary delights in an authentic and informal setting. Furthermore, the Carlton Bar & Lobby – said by Forbes to be among the 45 best bars in the wold – invites you to relax on its large sun terrace with the best view over Lake St. Moritz. Covering 1,200 square metres, the Carlton’s spa is spread across three floors and boasts and indoor and outdoor pool, a spacious spa area and the luxuriously appointed treatment rooms offering personal well-being. 7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel needs renovation. Lacking vibe. Feels a bit tired. Food needs to be improved especially Romanoff.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staffs are not friendly neither professional. They make a mistake and claim on us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was super friendly and always attentive to even minor details
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Service was very personal and focused on meeting each and every guest requirements. Free shuttles to outside restaurants / bars / shops in the hotel Bentley is a very cool touch!
Cons: Bedding alternatives would be great (ie soft mattress covers and / or pillow options
7.5 Good
Pros: View, lobby was comfortable, staff was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit to the Carlton but pure luxury and service - love the location and views of St Moritz and the lake ... although the price is on the higher side ~ we felt we received up and beyond the highest level of service and amenities!! Top notch ... would love to go back!!
6.3 Good
Pros: The building is beautiful and the interior matching the atmosphere
Cons: I would say staff need to be equally attentive to customers who are not “famous”. Also, when we arrived the bathroom in our suite was not spotlessly clean as we found hair in the shower. Receptionist didn’t really seem to bother. Unacceptable for any hotel, not to mention in that kind of establishment. In general, if you are not a famous billionaire and you can still easily afford to stay in a place like this, choose a different one.
Berghotel Randolins - St. Moritz

9.3 Excellent (952 reviews)

This hotel features 323 square feet (30 square meters) of event facilities. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, because close proximity to nature and out of town. Better than staying in St.Moritz downtown. Also they have a good outdoor jacuzzi in their spa center.
Cons: Food could be better for what they are asking. Little overpriced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The wellness centre was excellent. Bus service was also great.
Cons: The television was broken and the pillows were too soft!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is outside of center city but good for hiking. In general, this is a good hotel with no pretensions of being a great one. The staff was very helpful in terms of where to sight see and where to hike. The food quality matched the facility quality. Views from the room were very nice.
Cons: Our rooms were not in the main building and we had to lug luggage forty yards up a small hill and then upstairs in the hotel (no elevator). The showers are small, floor level and curtained, so there is potential to get water all over the bathroom floor, until you learn how to control the shower head and your minute, constrained maneuverings. The room price for St. Moritz was pleasantly surprising and therefore the hotel was good value for the money. Because of that value, we would willingly stay here again, despite the shortcomings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I came to the hotel for one night. There was a free shuttle that picked me up a the train station and brought back on the next day. I got upgraded to a bigger room as I had booked. Spa was great! Saunas and especially the jacuzzi outdoors were perfect! View from the breakfast was amazing. Also people working in reception were kind and helpful! If I'll be again in St.Moritz I will definitely stay here.
Cons: Spa could be open also in the mornings! Now it was 15-21 o'clock.
7.1 Good
Pros: Balconies with good views. Breakfast. Room had excellent storage
Cons: Pathway from reception was unsafe shuttle service inadequate given the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and good personnel, speaks fluently several languages. Beautiful building, spacially, clean, modern. Restaurant is nice, food and breakfast are good. Bedroom is sober but nice and clean. Window views from room and restaurant are stunning!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, featuring lots of local products. Very comfy and awesome wellness facilities.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The rooms are very old fashioned! Especially the bathroom. The location isn't as good as it sounds. I'd not go back.

Pros: Beautiful decor in this small and chic hotel. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast including made to order eggs Florentine. Yum. Close to everything...walking distance to several wonderful restaurants, Lake Moritz for a great walking trail and an AMAZING spa across the street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, up to date facility with a wonderful room, thoughtful touches like fruit and teas, and an amazing bathroom! This bathroom had a flat screen TV installed in the wall at the foot of the bathtub! It also had an electric bide seat, and a heated towel bar. The one wall facing the bedroom was all glass, but one of the power buttons on the wall made it cloudy so you couldn't see into it if you wanted privacy. We ate dinner there one evening. It was excellent. Breakfast as included with our room. Not only was it the fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, sweets that are customary in Europe, they also offer to make you many types of eggs or pancakes. Also included was access to the Ovaverva Spa within close walking distance to the hotel. If that wasn't enough, also included were cards to use the cable cars and funiculars free of charge. The staff was wonderful throughout the whole hotel. We were there in off-season so hotel price was about half of what it is in-season, which is Dec-March. St. Moritz is a beautiful area. Stunning views of the snow covered Alps. So much more than we expected.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean room, spa facilities
Cons: Small sized room

Pros: Staff is very kind and helpful, very prompt in supporting you with any requests. Very nice location, in the centre of Samedan, convenient to be reached both by train and convenient to coming by car. Good money for value, the hotel has services in line with its standing. Nice breakfast, good selection of local and home-made products. Parking is convenient, both outside and an indoor option.
Cons: Swimming pool is large enough, while the area around seems undersized. The spa area is nice but also looks a little too minimalistic and overall rather basic equipped. Nothing fundamental is missing but rather small. Enjoyable but not exciting.

Pros: OMG best staff in the world and such a great modern and relaxed vibe! Feel totally spoiled after my stay; little piece of heaven. Ps: the photos on booking don’t do justice to the actual place; it’s actually a huge hotel and again, so well decorated.

Pros: Clean, good comfortable furnishings and fittings. Efficient shuttle service. Artentive staff.
Cons: Only a very small detail: the display and computer system on the rowing machine in the gym did not work. Hence I could not use it properly..

Cons: It was all great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very caring and friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities.
Cons: They asked for a booking voucher, but there wasn’t one to give them. Eventually they settled for the booking confirmation email.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Racial discrimination--They have separated the breakfast dining area and have people segregated by race. I as an Asian was not allowed to sit in the area where white people sit and instructed to sit with a group of other Asian tourist groups.. I was very shocked and disappointed with such mistreatment at the Switzerland where is known for the human welfare policy. My first visit to Switalzerland was unforgettable with this bad experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gotten free upgrade rooms. The staffs were very attentive. Excellent service. The lady in charge of spa area explained to us attractive activities of St moritz and she even accede to our request to open the jaguzzi area for us at 6am. It was supposed to open at 9am. We made such request at about 8pm the day before. The view from spa area was awesome. It was facing St moritz lake and mountain. Breakfast was OK. Free shuttle from train station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The central location is super arriving by train you can arrange that they pick you up/drop off. The room was newly renovated and very nice with a comfortable bed and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was great, they have a sky bar on the top floor next to the wellness area both worth a visit and with spectacular views over the lake with mountains as backdrop.

Pros: It is absolutely a pleasant stay. All staffs are so friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the person who gave me Swiss chocolate as a Christmas gift ! At the same time , I am very satisfied with the facilities and the clean conditions. Unforgettable memories!!!
7.0 Good
Pros: location close to main city area. once you know a few short cut to get to the lake is very quick by walking
Cons: in the booking I asked to pay at hotel. however on day of departure they had already made the payment transaction on my card. The reason I wanted to make payment at the hotel we were going to split the payment between us, which I have done at other locations. Not have it processed this way.
