Pros (+) First time visiting Stockholm and I can not be more pleased with my stay. Clean facilities, excellent location, and a warm and welcoming staff makes this one of, if not the best experiences I've had with hotel amenities and personnel. I will definitely be staying here during my next visit and highly reccomend it to anyone that will be visiting Stockholm's city center.

This stay was a huge disappointment.(considering I payed $150+ per night) First of all self check in app did not work and we had to stay in line to be checked in by a person - which took a bit of time.
