Pros (+) The hotel included nice restaurants that provided delicious food and great service. Rooms were of decent size and the location was within walking distance of the main shopping area.
Cons (-) In short, we were placed in the first room on level 8 that had blood stains on the curtains. We requested to change the room and were able to, but the hotel didn't recognize or acknowledge our concerns. The second room on the same level had further stains on the blinds and carpets that make you realize that this is a party hotel for "schoolies" and not adults, couples or a family retreat.
