This is an old property that is not been kept up. Location to Raymond James Stadium is great. Redo the entire place and keep it clean and it’s with the stay.

Cons (-) Wifi didn't work in our room nor did he phones I was told none of that had been connected yet in the portion of he building I was in, however no one offered to move me to a different room ( they had many vacant) and I was told there was nothing at all that could be done about it

Cons (-) The carpet had mold and coming off. Bugs were everywhere! Even in the bed. Cigarettes burned mark on the toilet seat.

Pros (+) Close to airport
Cons (-) Only cold water in shower, tap wouldn't turn off, phone was broken. Switched rooms and new room had an ant infestation around bathroom sink. Also wifi was only in lobby not in rooms and the tv channels came through fuzzy.

Pros (+) IT WAS CHEAP.
Cons (-) THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH TINY ANTS AND LATER WE FOUND A COCKROACH CRAWLING AROUND. WE HAD TO MAKE SURE OUR ROOM DOOR WAS LOCKED(DIDN'T ALWAYS) THE FLOOR WAS DISGUSTING AND IN NEED OF A SHAMPOOING. WE COULD ONLY TAKE A 5 MINUTE HOT SHOWER. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER ECONO LODGES AND WAS SURPRISED THAT THIS ONE WAS IN THE SHAPE IT WAS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A CLEAN ROOM TO STAY IN.

Cons (-) Very bad area of town , didn't really feel safe. First night something happened and there were 8 cop cars parked by the lobby. Somone tried our door a couple of times. Not sure if Id stay here again

Pros (+) It was in a pretty good location, but that was about it.
Cons (-) You get what you pay for, which obviously isn't WiFi, plus I had tiny little ants running around. But the bed appeared to be clean and wasn't too uncomfortable so that's something.
