Comfortable and clean hotel
After arriving at 7am from a long haul flight, we were a little disappointed that we had to wait til 2 pm to checkin. Everyone was tired and exhausted. Breakfast was very expensive and whilst the staff very friendly and tried to be helpful it was quite difficult to communicate as their English was very limited. So it was virtually impossible to get any transport info etc

An upper class hotel where you have to pay 30$ for the gym made me speechless. Room set up is pretty basic.

The hotel was lovely. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The hotel is above a supermarket. Access to subways were within 10 min walking or you could get a free shuttle. The room were spacious for japan and staff were lovely.
