Room was large (for Tokyo hotel). Location was excellent. Staff at reception were comfortable with English and Inhad no trouble getting understood. In-room amenities were good.

I would like to thank the hotel staff again for allowing us access to our room at 11am when check in was 3pm. It made such a difference to our time in Tokyo. It is the first time in over 14 years that I have had this offered to me in Japan. Usually when requested it is not an option ( regardless as to whether the room is available or not) or there is an additional cost involved. Usually there has been no problem leaving bags at reception - but to be given early access into our room
