Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near Ueno station and nearby amenities, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlight that the room size is notably small, sometimes making it difficult to accommodate luggage or move comfortably. Amenities such as free coffee, water dispensers, and toiletries are appreciated, though some guests mention minor issues with lighting and basic facilities. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for short stays, especially for solo travelers or those with light luggage.
