Cons (-) I went to check in. They told me they needed to put a hold on my card for incidentals each night. I told them I hadn't heard of that. I left to go to graduation and when I came back after graduation. They had cancelled my reservation!!!!!!!

Pros (+) Clean and nice staff. The common areas of the hotel are very nice and luxurious
Cons (-) Beds are small and uncomfortable. For the price was hoping for two queen beds not two double beds. In addition there was someone smoking in a room near ours and it smelled very bad. Lastly the curtains don't close and we were on the side with the night spotlights and neon lights. Made our room very bright and hard to sleep
