Cons: Didn't like that I couldn't move in permanently. Then again, I'd probably not have the funds to back that move....

Cons: Bathrooms are a bit in the small side. Booked four people but got three sets of towels daily.

Cons: Only minor complaint was shower very weak.

Cons: The marketing of this hotel makes it seem like something special with it's art collection. The art pieces are few and not that interesting; it is really just a generic hotel.

Cons: Valet parking is the only option and therefore should be included in the hotel rate. I felt I was duped after seeing a decent room rate then learning it was another $40 per night to be able to park my car at the hotel.

Cons: Rooms are nicely renovated but the washroom is tiny tiny tiny and the room is dated. The couch ibarely accommodates 2 people and is uncomfortable, the pillows and mattress are old and soft. The only place to unpack clothing is the nightstand as there are no other drawers in the room.

Cons: Nothing, I was very pleased with my experience here.

Cons: My stay fell between the Canada Day and US Independence day holidays and very warm summer weather, so it was extremely busy. There were so many people enjoying everything, but it made for a lot of noise. There is no actual air conditioning, just a portable unit and windows. I couldn't keep the windows open at night because of the noise. Also, if you open the curtains, you are visible to others in adjacent buildings. Next time I would prefer a room facing east. You won't see the water, but it should be quieter.

Cons: The room felt small compared to most American hotels, but there was a nice table with two comfortable chairs by the window. There was a tiny gap between the wood of the bathroom vanity and the floor. I didn't mind, but I could imagine my mother cringing as she likes everything to be modern and new. The bathroom was on the small side--comfortable for one person, a bit tight for two. On the plus side, the tub and sink did seem rather new, and were bright and clean. The wifi did not work well, so we didn't use it. It was just easier to use our phone as a mobile hotspot.

Cons: A concierge would be nice for recommendations. Staff gave sweeping/general recommendations about places to eat. The answer was "everything is good".

Cons: Room was cold

Cons: No A/C. No cross current. Rooms on two sides of the building get morning/afternoon direct sunlight that turns the rooms into an broiler. It was 90 degrees and we literarily could not stay in the room and rushed to get out of it as soon as possible.

Cons: No daily cleaning service, but still for the location and price, Won’t find anywhere in Vancouver. Loved it!

Cons: I called in advance to ask the height limit on the parking garage and was told the wrong height; my vehicle was unable to fit. Upon check in they needed my email confirmation printed out and sent me to the business center. Why it needed to be printed? I don't know. They already had my reservation printed out in a folder behind the desk. During check in, they wrote my credit card number and expiration date on the printout. This doesn't seem safe. The room's bathroom was nice, but the bedroom was dated. There were bars on the windows but they weren't locked. Why? Again, I don't know. They should be locked in that neighborhood. I parked on the street because I could not find a garage to fit my vehicle, and it was broken into over night. Upon further inspection, the street is littered with broken vehicle glass, and people walking by said it happens all the time. The cop who responded said drug addicts do this all the time in order to find something to sell for a quick score.

Cons: The decor was pretty spartan / bland. Parking was pricey (20$/night) but we drove around until we lucked into a weekend spot. The building is older than other hotels in the area, but that didn't take away anything - it's well kept up.

Cons: No elevators ! Breakfast was listed as being included but wasn't,very poor buffet offered at 7.99. Very old building.

Cons: communicating of when to check in and check out can be done better.

Cons: I could hear everything (and I mean everything!) from the room above me. Sometimes the room would smell a little stale when I first came in, but opening the windows for a few minutes would clear it out (love that the windows actually open!).

Cons: There was hair in the bathroom and the location brings noise if you open the windows.

Cons: There was a 1/4" gap between door and door frame, and cigarette smoke was coming into my lower level room directly from the hallway my first night there--yech! The fire alarm in my room was covered with a paper towel and plastic, not exactly current on safety. Last gripe is that the pillows were insanely thick and hard for me to sleep on.
