Seats didn't have much lumbar support and were uncomfortable. Car had a smell. Charging $100/day for an economy car is an extortion.

Cons:

The reservation was made for a pick up at a closed location. Spent a few hours on the phone with Enterprise and had to get to a new location and then wait a few hours for a car.

Cons:

I booked a car online for the next day with plans to leave Quebec City and explore the countryside. An hour before I was to leave in the morning, I received a phone call saying no cars were available.

The insurance price was high and we found the rental somewhat higher than in other countries visited even the isolated Iceland. Another recommendation I have is there is no manual for the car and it had some useful features not easy to figure out unless very technically minded. The hand brake function and the + // - on the gear stick settings. I found the gear stick could shift to the right away from the driver yet this could have been a serious error - who knows without a manual.
