Ezi were very accommodating when our travel plans changed due to a cancelled flight and we were late picking up our car by over 12 hours. They followed up with us and made sure our car was still available when we got there. Counter staff were friendly and efficient.

Hidden costs and no mention anywhere in t&c about excess being $5900 which meant we had to buy insurance with dollar (ours only covered $5k excess). Ended up costing more than 2x “total”.
