Pros (+) Breakfast???? Beds are soft but watch out for biohazards such as blood on the beds!!!!

Cons (-) No info on construction that was going on and pool and hot tub closed. Nothing like listening to a jackhammer on your weekend away with your wife. I was also told breakfast was included with our stay but then had to pay for it with no consideration and wasn't very good to say the least.
Pros (+) Newer Clear Business class finishings. Frig in room
Cons (-) No free breakfast The in-room lighting and design was terrible. (1) Bathroom LED lights were beyond too powerful. (2) no table by the bed with a lamp. (3) no room lights. The one lamp was in the corner and difficult to reach without climbing over a chair. Also, in general, Holiday Inn has the same 1960s room with nicer stuff. Will not use the chain again unless it is the only option.
Pros (+) We were a little worried that we couldn't choose our room/bed type before arriving, but we ended up in a nice spacious room with a king bed that we really enjoyed. Microwave and fridge in the room were very helpful. Heard good things about the breakfast, although we didn't try it ourselves. Hotel staff was friendly.
Cons (-) There were a few issues with the room (the drapes were ripped, the coffee pot didn't work, and the shower door was stuck and wouldn't slide) and they did not fix anything. For such a nice spacious room the shower was a disappointment - small, no tub, and the floor was yellowed and unappealing. The pool hours were a little restrictive, we would have happily gone down for a quick dip in the pool or ...
