Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to ski areas, train stations, and local attractions like the Snow Monkey Park. The onsen (hot spring) was a highlight for many, with several guests appreciating its authenticity, accessibility, and relaxing atmosphere. Staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bedding and rooms, as well as maintenance problems like malfunctioning air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities and value for price were generally well-received.
