Quality Inn at Albany Mall

location price. it was a low-cost hotel..not much better than a Days Inn.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Visiting for a funeral, when we checked in and pulled out couch bed,used sheets had to call for clean sheets, then after returning from funeral, room was never cleaned, only trash emptied did not clean bathroom or make bed and bed was very uncomfortable.

Location. Staff, bedbugs.

Breakfast First off, the hotel did not receive my reservation and confirmation. I had to make a few calls to pull it all together. When I arrived the cable tv was out and malfunctioned throughout my stay. The telephone did not work.

Nothing I actually did not go in. I booked my room under the assumption that I would receive a hotel similar to one listed not a motel. Which I don't feel is safe. I spoke to priceline customer service several times with no help and I very disappointed.
