Pros (+) Front Desk was pleasant Chair in room was comfortable bed was OK too.
Cons (-) the add said there was a fitness room, there was NOT!! the access to the property is confusing, need a better sign as to where to turn. the coffee pot was dirty, not rinsed after the last customer.

I showed up Friday at 4pm and the first thing I noticed is the cluster of tile boxes out front between parking lot and the front entrance. If your going to remodel keep it organized and out of sight. Cons (-) Light burned out above sink but they took care of it.
Pros (+) Shower walls falling apart, room was clean, bedding was very nice but you need 4 pillows on the king beds. The new paint colors are great, love the fridge, micro, coffee pot and dryer. The staff was very friendly, location perfect for attending the Festival.
Cons (-) The price was about $20 higher then others I have stayed with all the same amenities included. Why should we have to pay more for a non smoking room?
