Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, and hospitality were excellent. Hotel is so spacious and has a lot of facilities. Restaurants are authentic and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was generous and has a lot of varieties to suit everyone in a luxurious way.
Cons: I did not like the common conversations and noise of hotel staff in the corridors near my room. Also the drawers under the TV and the table lamps make a lot of noise while using them or even while touching them.

Cons: The hotel is a bet old, pillows and sheets very old, the bed were not comfortable, the barbershop were too expensive with low quality.

Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.

Cons: This is not a 5 Stars Hotel at all. I am not sure how Tourism Authority in Jordan give them 5 stars rating. In my opinion it is 3 stars Only. WiFi is horrible and as a business traveler, I coudlnt do much of my work because of that.

Cons: The hotel did not meet my expectations from Kempinski chain of hotels. I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. I found that the hotel furniture needs renovation although i made an upgrade to an executive room.

Pros: Location is very good, staff is friendly, breakfast abundant.
Cons: The hotel has not been properly clean in months, not only stained carpets but crumbles and dirt al over them. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip) Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable. One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.
