Cons (-) Alert customer ( guest) assigned room may not have elevator access.....many stairs with heavy luggage and no assistance. Advertised as non smoking when in fact there was nonstop ( weed) smoking. Throat is still burnt out from it.

Cons (-) We arrive at the hotel after paying for a twin room to only be told there was no rooms available as it was fully booked and two 21year old males had to share a double bed. The room was unclean with a broken shower head. Hotel staff were unorganised; I put a deposit down on a plug converter which I was then told there’s nothing to show I’ve left a deposit.
