Cons (-) Alert customer ( guest) assigned room may not have elevator access.....many stairs with heavy luggage and no assistance. Advertised as non smoking when in fact there was nonstop ( weed) smoking. Throat is still burnt out from it.

Cons (-) We arrive at the hotel after paying for a twin room to only be told there was no rooms available as it was fully booked and two 21year old males had to share a double bed. The room was unclean with a broken shower head. Hotel staff were unorganised; I put a deposit down on a plug converter which I was then told there’s nothing to show I’ve left a deposit. Pros (+) I must say the location was unbeatable for me. Very close to the Central train station and the bars around.
Cons (-) The staff was not much friendly. I woke up afternoon due to jetlagging. The housekeeping had left already to clean up the room and change the towels. They couldn't give me extra towel. Indicating "the towel is limited". The room was so small and the bed was small and not comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again!
