Good welcome from reception. Helpful with information. Great room (massive), excellent location. Didn’t eat in but looked really good. Would stay again and use this hotel group elsewhere.
Spa was very smart although I was expecting a pool. Otherwise it was great.

We had a beautiful and large room overlooking the river and park. The walls are a bit thin as we could hear someone vomiting next door (hopefully they were ok!) Great location. We parked in the underground car park and there is a discount for hotel customers, Apart from check in, all the other staff we dealt with very very friendly and helpful.
The lady who checked us in wasn't overly friendly. I had booked a double room, weeks before our arrival, for 1 night and was told there were none available, but there was no apology offered.
