Need to fill up the shampoo and conditioner bottles. They were empty during our stay. My wife found out they were empty when she was in the shower. Obviously there was no quality control.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. First room smelled like dirty dog. Moved to a second room and it honestly wasn’t much better with a musky smell and not as clean as I would have liked for the amount I paid for my 3 days there, but sucked it up and dealt with it. Pros (+) I liked the layout of the suite with nice kitchenette and granite island. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby on cold snowy mornings and nights.The pool table was fun. It was nice to have access to the guest laundry.
Cons (-) We had an awful time trying to get a satisfactory room. While I had a favorable opinion of the first room, the tub area had not been cleaned...a bottle of shampoo was on its side leaking onto one soap dish. Cons (-) Mildew on caulk, shower curtain holder almost fall due to tile crack, bathtub old. TV bad pixels, not clear but I fixed.
