We reserved something that was ford explorer or similar but given a car that was over 11 inches shorter in length and shape, too small to hold what we had, as the ford explorer size would have. Then, budget charged us 50$ more for a jeep cherokee stating it was a class above an explorer. And charged us 100$ additional upon returning the car for an additional hour even though it took 40 minutes to sort when picking up and we didnt actually pick the car up until pretty close to the time the car was returned.

Staff was friendly, the car was clean and really nice.

Cons:

Drop off in Denver was unclear and the staff while busy were not very helpful even when asked what needed to happen.

Everything was wonderful. Irving was the name of the rep that assisted us. The car model that we booked online was unavailable and for a small upgrade fee - we rented a luxury SUV. Very happy with this rental experience.

Made same day reservation: was told upon arrival at the counter they did not have any cars available. Lucky to get a ride back to Denver with two strangers. Really hoping I’m not charged for the reservation.

Car was a nice car but dirty

Cons:

They grossly misstate the price on Kayak to get you to sign up with them.....then you get there and there are a couple hundred dollars of add on fees. Unethical business dealings.
