The location was great with lots of food options
The room size was small. Th3 facility seemed dated.
Parking was absolutely awful. Housekeeping did not remove old food from the evenings. There was a ROACH in my room. When making the front desk aware of the lack of cleaning and roach they breezed over both as they were no big deal. Would never stay here again.
We thought the location was great and the staff was both friendly and helpful.
The pictures of the room on the website were deceiving; they made the room look much nicer and bigger. The bed was old and terrible (could feel bed springs) and the linens generally had some stains on them.
My stay in Ascotia Off Queen
* Very near Queen Rd. * The climb up Queen Rd to the hotel gave me a chance to exercise. * The hotel staff are helpful and courteous. * Room 101 is a comfortable room * Reasonable price
* No slippers provided * The edge of the carpet going to the toilet has sharp objects. I got hurt when I went to the toilet. The slippers would be a great help. * Room 101 is a comfortable room except that there is little privacy as it can be seen from the building across the room. * Room 101 should have been made as a conference room. * No breakfast in the package. * only 250MB a day internet package. Such a low tech offer for a high tech country! * better ventilation needed
