There was a leak in the bathroom and horrible smell coming from it. I complaint few times about it and nothing was done. It was also room with no window so it was horrible to stay there.

Great staff

Bathrooms were bad. Super dirty showers, toilets weren’t clean and some of the seats weren’t attached? No secure lockers- just pull out drawers under the beds. Lots of noisy construction next door.

Nice for a party

Wasn’t very clean and beds were squeaky.

The staff are genuinely the only good thing about this hostel, everyone was super friendly and gave loads of advice, hints and tips when asked.

Was completely let down by this hostel. The only saving grace were the lovely staff, especially a lovely guy from Newcastle. The toilets were such an odd layout, half of the toilets and showers were constantly closed over and locked so it meant there was a queue quite a lot. Not to mention I've genuinely no idea when they were last cleaned? Genuinely horrific. I was brushing my teeth one night and two guys ran in and just pissed all over the sink area, I know that's not the fault of the hostel but giving I dont think the bathroom was cleaned once in the whole time I was there, that's pretty horrific. There was only two plugs in an 8 person dorm, both of which behind the same bed. The beds were brutal, squeeked like nothing on earth so every time you moved you woke everyone up. I hardly got any sleep the whole time I was there. I washed and dried my clothes in the laundry room and everything came out stinking of burnt hair
