Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and welcoming attitude, with several guests mentioning specific staff members by name. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many reviews noting the well-maintained rooms and common areas. While the rooms were generally comfortable, some guests felt that the room sizes were smaller than expected for the price. Breakfast and amenities such as the terrace and historic building features were appreciated by many. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.
