Cons: For a long flight ( 16 hours or more ) , if someday I can afford First Class , that’s make my life . Thanks

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable. Food taste is ok. One of our checked bags was not loaded.

Pros: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.

Cons: Boarding was delayed but the crew did keep us updated and was systematic in boarding

Cons: Staff only do the minimum they don’t go out of their way to make your experience special, unfortunately if you don’t ask you don’t get

Pros: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Cons: Food could be better and cabin and bathroom cleaned more thoroughly.

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Cons: Crew was cold and and very matter of fact. The food was very so-so. The food items have to be purchased other the food trays served unlike Turkish Airlines and Kuwaiti Airlines.

Pros: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Cons: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Cons: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Pros: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Cons: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers.

Cons: I was booked on flight QF 74 from San Francisco, connecting in Sydney (3 hour connection) to Queenstown, New Zealand. When I went to check in I was told that I needed a transit visa for Australia because of my Indian Passport. When I booked the flight back in September, it was not a requirement to have a transit Visa. I was told by the Qantas supervisor that this was a new requirement as of October for Indian and Chinese passport holders even with brief connections. 9 people were in a similar situation the day before and denied boarding. I understand that things change, but I am very disappointed in the service provided to me. Of course, they could not help me get an evisa for Australia, but they were not even willing to help me search for it rebook a Qantas flight connecting in a different city/country. They did not even connect me with online reservations directly to quickly do something to be able to continue on my journey. They only gave me a phone number to call and sent me away. I tried the number and was on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, my friends were on a different flight on Air New Zealand that had seats leaving in 2 hours, and I almost missed that waiting to talk to someone from Qantas. I booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (by talking to their checkin agent, who was able to connect me directly with a reservations agent via a direct line, which was something I was hoping Qantas would help me with at a bare minimum) and I was able to purchase a ticket for that Air NZ flight and continue on. I’m VERY disappointed in the way that I was treated and not provided with assistance in a timely manner. I would have almost missed that flight and have to miss out on pre-arranged travel plans losing out on an additional $2000 in tour / accommodation bookings.

Cons: Entertainment screen is too small, and touch panel reaction is so late.

Pros: Crew and plane were fine. Nothing super special. Definitely less desirable a flight than European.

Cons: The international flights Quantas runs are fine. Beware of JETSTAR this airline is somehow even worse than value airlines in the United States. They weigh bags at check in, harass customers, the worst experience I have ever had in the air. Fly anyone else. JETSTAR IS BEYOND TERRIBLE.

Pros: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.

Cons: Softer seats. Better food. Seat parents with their screaming babies and children in the back of the plabe!!!
