Pros: Food was okay

Cons: The movie selection was dated.

Pros: Crew members were as friendly and helpful as always

Cons: Being disabled doesn't always mean that you get on and as quickly as you would like. We were the first off in SeaTac, but the last to be taken to Passport control.

Pros: crew was efficient. economy seats are roomier than most. food is tasty.

Cons: no salt or low sodium option meals for people with heart disease and dietary restrictions. less repetition on same announcements that interrupts watching/listening to entertainment console.

Cons: Customer service from the cathy pacific crew are not good at all.. I flight business to and from asia to the USA at least 3-4 times a year.. cathy pacific was such a disappointment..

Pros: The entertainment system has huge offerings.

Cons: The food could be better.

Pros: Nice flight attendants.

Cons: The flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50pm and it didn't take off until midnight. The many delays appeared poorly handled and communicated, and I spent an hour on the runway before takeoff.

Pros: Been flying CX for years and for some reasons this time all the staff members were excellent. From ground to air crew everyone was well informed, nice and helpful. Another surprise was the vegan meal I ordered. Airplane food in general is disgusting, but this time the vegan meal was delicious.

Cons: Flying out from JFK is a nightmare, we had to wait for 40 mins on the runway. Not sure if airlines can actually improve that?

Pros: The staff was amazing

Cons: Confusion at check in on baggage constrains. Conflict between what the agent told us and what was documented on our ticket contract. Plane very cold Unable to recline seats for much of the flight under guidance of flight attendants. Unable to sleep as a result.

Pros: Amazing crew! They handled a full flight with screaming indisciplined kids and clueless adults with grace. Entertainment was great as usual

Cons: Singapore food and drinks quality has deteriorated significantly. Flights are always packed with uncomfortable seating. These days you get amenities only if you ask.

Pros: Being in economy seats for 12+ hours could have felt more cramped, because I'm a big guy. However, there was adequate space as long as the kid in the next seat has had adequate parenting. (That was a problem, but I can't blame that on the airline.) The flight attendants were helpful and friendly.

Cons: As others have said, the food wasn't great. It's kind of a cross between Chinese and western fare, but it's edible. Also, the economy seats were a little hard. I sat on my memory foam neck cushion to give my butt a break.

Pros: The staff set me up with an exit seat which was wonderful due to the fact that I am very tall. It made the flight very comfortable. The service was very good as well. I was able to use and charge my device without any trouble and was very pleased with that.

Cons: One of the stewardesses spoke English very quickly. Due to her accent, this made it difficult to understand at times.

Cons: Everything, totally understaffed, check-in kiosks do not work. Will avoid any carrier who uses them.

Pros: The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!

Pros: Seats were comfortable and staff were helpful when approached.

Cons: Crew should have been proactive in determining passengers' needs, etc. Film choices were poor-- lots of violence, few family-orientated options.

Pros: 787 no one cannot love it

Cons: At abudhabi there was no sitting available, while waiting for connecting flight, and saw people spitting in the airport lounge, it was unsanitary. Why ethihad donot enforce cleanliness in the lounge.
