Pros: good service, on top of it i have been upgraded during the longer oversea flight. i like the companies doing that often

Pros: Boarding was quick and easy. Blankets and pillows were ample and already at the seat.

Cons: Food was worse than what I had come to expect from Cathay Pacific. Drinks were less frequent. Restroom facilities were not well kept over the course of the flight.

Pros: Apart from the delay everything was quite good.

Cons: The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight.

Pros: The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks.

Cons: The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person.

Pros: The crew was good. Loved the mango juice and veg food.

Cons: The seats are hard. More leg room please. Better entertainment with more recent clicks required. Toilet seat needs to stay upright. The eating tables should be straight. Should be able to recline our seats more.

Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Cons: The flight was 3 hours delayed - and the captain never told us exactly what was wrong. The boarding lane was a chaos as well - and the tv screens never really worked. Terrible!

Cons: waited for 2 hours upon immigration clearance, not sure what was the issue. ground handling only updated there was a delay. baggage didn't get loaded onto carousel until 2 hours after landing. horrible

Pros: The check-in crew in Chicago was very nice and efficient. The flight crew on-board were not friendly, they were very curt and rushed, and did not go out of their way to be helpful.

Cons: Friendlier staff during the flight. Better food for breakfast. The connection port for my headphones did not work...I would not have been able to watch movies if I hadn't brought my own single connection head phones.

Pros: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.

Pros: This flight left nearly an hour late, which at 1 AM really hurts. The crew were ok, but the flight seemed understaffed, and our service in premium economy was pretty ordinary.

Cons: Total gong show getting to our connecting flight in HK, but Cathay Pacific got us there with only seconds to spare.

Pros: I would have appreciated that with ALL required paperwork, my stay at check in point would have lasted a little less than two hours I spent standing and waiting for a feedback.
