Pros (+) The bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast was the best BB breakfast in recent memory. Roomy, quaint, interesting antiques on display, and oh did I mention the bed was perfect for resting after a day of hiking Grafton Notch State Park. Nice, breezy porch, and lots of little extra touches that made the stay relaxing. There is also a grocery store across the street too!
Cons (-) You know there were one or two things that hadn't been renovated completey but John mention that became the owner last year, and there were big fixes that had to be completed, and tat they were knocking out the little ones now. So, no big.
Pros (+) The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating,
Cons (-) The bed and breakfast facility was not worth the price. I know all the hotels around Sunday River are expensive but I felt ripped off. The bed was not comfortable. The shower was so tiny. I wish they just had normal breakfast choices. The parking lot is so small we almost got side swiped. It was very old and the entire bathroom smelled like pee.
