Pros (+) The rooms are great, I only wish the showers would heat up earlier, particularly as this is a brand new hotel with all the mod-cons.
Cons (-) We are not ones to be queue jumpers but we turned up at the hotel at 3.50pm hoping to immediately catch a quick shower and off to a wedding at Howard Smith Wharves at 4.30pm. We arrived to a line of eight people with one person attending behind the desk.
