Cons (-) Needs a freshen up and not quite a 5 star luxurious Sofitel experience you'd expect. The Hotel is a little tired and I have stayed in nicer Sofitels.

Pros (+) This property represented the brand name wonderfully. The room was clean and the bed comfortable as I've experienced at all of the properties. Gentleman at front desk Raj is the consummate professional who was very knowledgable on both the property and the area, I expect that he'll be in management training program in the near future.
Cons (-) I have no complaints to report.
