Pros:

The service provided by Neusa (employee from Sixt in Brussels Midi) was really efficient, she provided every piece of information related to the rent of the car. So I felt that was really good service and everything was according to our expectations.

No body there at the drop off. They charged me around 30 € after I went back home and no body told me why? Or emailed me at least.

No signs for Dollar car rental posted at location except for a tiny sign inside the hertz car rental booth Even adjacent car rental companies didn't know where to direct me Complicated parking to retrieve and return rental vehicle. Otherwise rental staff was freindly.
