Pros: Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Very kind and professional staff. Best location in Buzios.

Cons: The room cleanliness was not properly done. We had a long stay and our room was very dusty and with sand from the beach.

Pros: The Buffet Breakfast was very tasty and nicely presented. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Silence, spacious aerea, comfort in the Garden/Pool.

Cons: Slow WLAN, some way to reach other restaurants

Pros: Breakfast was very average but then again at that price you cannot expect anymore. The staff were friendly and the owner German George was very help as he spoke English and he is a very hands on character. Nathalie at Reception was very helpful with her bit of english as well.

Cons: I hated that first room they put me in and being a hotelier it was not even fit to be classed 1 star. They should seriously do something about that room or not let it out at all, it was a proper hovel. After threatening to checkout they moved me to a far better room with a proper balcony, new bathroom and newly tiled floors. Too many mosquitos they should warn patrons to come well protected.

Pros: The place was beautiful and very close (walking) to one of the most beautiful beaches in Buzios. The staff was extremely nice. I did not give excellent to the restaurant because they don't have a large menu and we ate at Buzios town. The rooms need to be refurb shed. I did not stay or checked a "chalet" that faces the ocean. But we did enjoy our stay very much considering the price.

Pros: The location, almost on top of a hill, the sunsets by the old dock down the swimming pool space are unbelievable! Staff with a terrific service attitude, met George the owner and his wife, both were actually taking care of details personally It is only about 200 meters from one of the best beaches in Buzios= Tartaruga, so you can basically stay there for ever

Cons: Even though we did not watch tv we only had one channel, adding cable tv or chrome cast to the tv would help on rainy days!

Pros: Location, pool-area, nice small family rooms, with a veranda protected by mosquito-net. Privacy even at the veranda, thanks to lots of trees and foliage. 5 minute walk to praia da Tartaruga.

Cons: Breakfast was a bad experience, both days of our stay. Arrived both days of visit 30 minutes before the breakfast serving ends, and none of the tables had been cleaned since previous seating, there were no available plates, glasses, cups, spoons, coffee cups etc. The buffet had not be replenished, so no scrambled eggs, no bread, no orange juice, no yoghurt, etc. Additionally, the ham, cheese etc. was unprotected from flies, and the bench of where most food was served was full of ants. My own family, as well as several other families, had to go ask for everything, multiple times. Additionally, some of the restrooms were not clean, and lacked toilet paper (pool area, reception area). The hotel could not find the lock to the strong-box box in our room.
