Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about the hotel's location, describing the surrounding area as unattractive, under construction, or difficult to access. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, linens, and facilities. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of unhelpful or dishonest staff, problems at check-in, and issues with room assignments. Noise was another issue, particularly from the on-site nightclub and external sources. While a few guests appreciated amenities like the pool and breakfast, positive mentions were outweighed by negative experiences.
